The Garnett Community Foundation makes charitable giving easy for the individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who choose to partner with us to fulfill their philanthropic goals and make a positive impact in our community. It is our vision is to foster a thriving, inclusive community for future generations to call “home.”

The Foundation was formed in 2010 to raise funds to repurpose the old National Guard Armory into a beautiful recreation and workout center for the community. The Garnett Recreation Center was the first major project supported by the Foundation. Other notable projects include the patriotic pole banners that honor 300+ local veterans and the professional 18-hole disc golf course in North Lake Park.
