Garnett Cares campaign doubles donations, surpasses goal

A month-long matching gift campaign hosted by the Garnett Community Foundation has raised an incredible amount of funds that will be used to address community needs. The campaign, named Garnett Cares, invited the community to donate to the Foundation in the month of June and have their gift matched up to $70,000 by the Patterson Family Foundation.

The response quickly exceeded the max match amount, raising $87,025 from the local community. With the match, that makes a total of $157,025 available that will make a positive impact in our community.
